Broncos send stud 97 rated QB Peyton Manning, 38 and a pair of 2015 5th round picks to New York for 90 rated 28 year old Clay Matthews and a 2015 2nd round pick.
Jets need a star QB and are trying to make a Super Bowl run. Broncos are moving Manning in part due to the controversy surrounding Demaryius Thomas.

declined. same reason as jets tryin to trade clay to sf. wont approve deals involving players recently acquired.

Negative manning 38 and clay 28 no way. Manning may retire after the year. Plus he just acquired clay.
